What to include
Include the game name and a short description. For technical issues, the game and Android versions may help. Send only necessary information and review screenshots before attaching them. Do not send identity documents, passwords, a protection key or progress files.
Data requests
Use the same email to request information, access, correction or deletion, as applicable to your rights. Parents or guardians may also contact us. To review your age range, use Settings → Privacy → Review age. Changes that would reduce protections need support review; do not erase progress to try to bypass it.
Deleting device data does not automatically erase support messages or information already received by Google services. Your contact is André Felipe Nunes Cunha, the individual responsible for the FN Interactive brand.
Keep your progress safe
There is no remote recovery. Clearing storage or uninstalling may erase progress without supported recovery.
