How the game handles your information and how to contact us about your data.

1. Controller and scope

This policy explains how PELO CANO handles information about players and people contacting support. The controller is André Felipe Nunes Cunha, an individual using the FN Interactive brand. Contact: interactivefn@gmail.com. The initial launch will be in Brazil only.

2. Information on your device

The game stores progress, coins, items, records, language, audio and vibration preferences, a random installation identifier and records needed to apply transactions without duplicates on your device. It also stores your declared age range, any review request and privacy choices.

We do not ask for your name, email or date of birth to play. Your age range is not sent as a custom usage analytics field.

3. Why we use this information

This information maintains progress and preferences, applies rewards correctly and limits service availability according to your age range and privacy choices.

Limited technical diagnostics stay on your device, including information such as game version, device model, system and records of operation or faults. They help identify problems and are not automatically uploaded by FN Interactive.

4. Advertising and Google services

Advertising and remote usage analytics are disabled in the current version intended for players.

When used, Google advertising services may process IP addresses, approximate location, device information, identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics. Non-personalized ads may also involve data processing. The game does not send progress contents, your protection key or balance as custom advertising information.

Google's service practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy. Relevant changes in the use of these services will be reflected in this policy.

5. Children and teenagers

The intended audience is ages 6 and above, including teenagers and adults; this is not an official content rating. An age range must be chosen before playing, without a preselected answer. The choice stays on your device and does not require an internet connection.

In current normal use, advertising and behavioral analytics remain disabled for users under 18 or of unknown age. Declaring a range is not age verification or parental authorization. Parents or guardians may use the contact below for data-related questions or requests.

6. Support and sharing

When you email interactivefn@gmail.com, you share your sender address, message and any attachments you choose to send. This information is used to handle your request. Support uses Gmail, subject to Google's practices.

Send only necessary information and review screenshots before attaching them. Do not send identity documents, passwords, a protection key or progress files. Google services actually used may process information outside Brazil under their terms and applicable requirements.

7. Retention and deletion

Progress and preferences remain on your device while maintained by the app. Local diagnostics have storage limits. For ordinary support cases, messages and attachments are deleted within 90 days after the case is closed, including removal from the trash under our control. Where further retention is justified, the case is reviewed and access is restricted to what is necessary. You may ask for information or request deletion before that deadline using the contact below. Deleting the game does not delete support messages.

Clearing storage or uninstalling may erase progress. Deleting device data does not automatically erase information already received by Google or other recipients actually involved. Requests about that information need to consider who controls it.

8. Your rights and choices

You may request confirmation of processing, information, access, correction or deletion of your data and exercise other applicable rights through interactivefn@gmail.com, at no charge for the request. Where applicable, you may also withdraw consent. Starting to play is not consent to all collection.

Briefly describe your request without unnecessary sensitive information. Its assessment considers the information actually processed and applicable requirements. To correct an age range, use Settings → Privacy → Review age. A more protective range is applied without erasing progress; a change that would reduce protections remains pending support review. A request does not verify age or authorize new services. Do not clear app data to try to bypass that review.

9. Security and recovery

Progress is protected locally through encryption and authentication. These measures reduce risks but do not guarantee absolute security.

There is no cloud copy of progress or remote recovery. Android cloud backup and device transfer are blocked in this version. A normal update of the same app with a compatible signature keeps local storage. Uninstalling, clearing data, losing the protection key or changing devices may cause loss without supported recovery.

10. Website and changes

These pages are static, with no trackers, ads, first-party cookies or submission form. The email link opens your email app; a message is sent only if you send it.

When you access the published version of this website, hosting is provided by Cloudflare, which may process IP addresses and technical connection information to deliver and protect the pages. This processing may take place outside Brazil. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Relevant changes in processing practices will be reflected in this policy, with an updated date.
